The Barra Spring Fest at Navy Yard No. 2 is the perfect spot to celebrate Chinese New Year in style. Combining tradition and innovation, it features a delightful array of flower stalls. Additionally, there will be floral workshops in which participants can unleash their creativity and design their own floral arrangements to welcome the Chinese New Year.

Local musicians will grace the stage of the Bamboo Lion Head Installation at the open area of Navy Yard No. 2, bringing diverse music performances to the public during weekends and public holidays of the Chinese New Year. MGM also brings in local brands to offer specialty snacks such as Almond Cookies, Portuguese Sardine Pate, and Dragon Beard Candy. There will also be claw machine and an instant photo booth, along with surprises from the God of fortune and more fun-filled activities, ensuring a memorable and fulfilling experience for visitors.

Navy Yard No. 2 will be transformed into a “Day Cafe &Night Bar” pop-up. During the day, visitors can bask in the sun and savor the specialty coffees, while at night, they can delight in Chinese tea-infused cocktails, embracing the allure of Barra from day to night.

Simultaneously, exhibition “Reminiscences of Barra: A Visual Journey” will be launched at Navy Yard No. 1 with its inaugural. It will showcase a series of documents, visual arts and photography works related to Barra, leading the audience to learn about the Barra district through collective memories.
